Pablo Rodriguez Mier is a research scientist in the Saez-Rodriguez group at the Institute for Computational Biomedicine, Heidelberg University, where he focuses on biological network inference. His work aims to understand how complex biological systems respond to different conditions by developing mechanistic and computational models that integrate prior biological knowledge with experimental data.

Previously, he was a postdoctoral researcher in Computational Systems Biology at INRAE Toxalim in Toulouse, France. During this time, he worked on computational modeling approaches to investigate and predict metabolic deregulation in cancer cells driven by mutations in the TP53 gene.
