Pablo G. Castaneda, MD, came to Hassenfeld Children’s Hospital at NYU Langone from Mexico City to take his focus on complex pediatric hip reconstruction to the next level. As the chief of pediatric orthopedic surgery, he promotes early detection and nonsurgical treatment of hip dysplasia, to help children avoid corrective surgery later in life.
