P. S. Mohanamurugan MD, DM

Dr. P S Mohanamurugan is Chief Cardiologist and Medical Superintendent at K M Hospitals, Kilpauk, Chennai. He has been practising Cardiology for the past 18 years. In the past he has served as an Asst Professor of Cardiology at Madras Medical College & Govt General Hospital Chennai. His last post was Head of Department of Cardiology at Government Kilpauk Medical College & Hospital in Chennai.

Apart from his medical practice, Dr. Mohanamurugan has held the post of Joint Secretary of the Chennai Chapter of the Cardiological Society of India for three years. He was also Asst. Organising Secretary for the CSI Annual Conference held at Chennai in 2007. Dr. Mohanamurugan has been a teaching faculty for the DM Cardiology post-graduate course for the last 18 years. He has chaired sessions at various academic conferences and is a regular speaker at medical conferences on topics related to his field of specialisation.
