Oussama Chaar

Dr. Oussama obtained his MD degree from Liege University, Belgium in 1984. He then went on to pursue a fellowship at Liege University in Orthopedics and traumatology with a subspecialty in joint replacement surgery which he competed on 1990. He obtained also a diploma in Biomechanics from ULB University of Brussels and has been awarded by the "Lejeune and Lechien Scientific Foundation" of Liege University, Faculty of Medicine.
After 12 years of successful intensive clinical activity in Belgium, Dr. Oussama practiced extensively in his home country Syria from 2002 to 2012 as a Senior Consultant in Arthroplasty, where he developed his own department of joint replacement and was appointed head of the orthopedic department at the hospital. Post-2013, Dr. Oussama moved to the Middle East where he practiced at a key government hospital in Abu Dhabi before moving to a private hospital as a Consultant and Head of orthopedic department.
