Otmane Boussif PhD

Dr. Otmane Boussif is currently the Global Head Cell & Gene Therapy Technical Development at Novartis Technical R&D. In this role, he is leading the end-to-end Cell, viral and non-viral vectors process development including the technology transfer to internal and external manufacturing sites. He has over 25-years experience and held several positions in R&D with increasing responsibilities. He worked in developing a wide range of biological modalities at various companies including Aventis, Merck-Serono, Sanofi and Sanofi Pasteur. He has a large experience in managing international teams and in moving projects from early phase up to BLA submissions.
