Otilia Manta PhD

Prof. PhD habil. Otilia MANTA is a PhD Supervisor in the School of Advanced Studies of the Romanian Academy (SCOSAAR), a distinguished scholar holding a PhD in Economics (Finance), and a dedicated Scientific Researcher affiliated with the Romanian Academy. She currently serves as a Professor specializing in International Financial Relations, FinTech, and Entrepreneurship.

With extensive expertise as an Evaluation Expert and Rapporteur for EU Projects, combined with significant experience in investment projects and capacity building, Prof. Otilia MANTA has made notable contributions to sustainable development at both local and global levels. In a career spanning over 25 years, she has excelled in financial and banking consultancy as well as EU project management. As a multifaceted professional, she has founded companies and NGOs, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to promoting societal well-being. Her multidisciplinary expertise includes serving as an international reviewer, authoring books, scientific papers, and articles published in prestigious journals. Furthermore, she has shown exceptional skills as a publisher and editor for international journals, while actively contributing as a reviewer for academic publications.

Throughout her academic and professional journey, Prof. Otilia MANTA has played a pivotal role in advancing innovative financial tools. She has been instrumental in developing interactive learning content, creating intelligent learning environments, and promoting the enhanced study of financial technology (FinTech).
