Ong Kheng Yong BSc

Mr. Ong Kheng Yong graduated with a BSc. (Pharm) (Hons) from the National University of Singapore in 2013 and is currently a pharmacist at the Singapore General Hospital (SGH). He has a keen interest in Asthma and Allergy and is currently leading the Asthma and Allergy Clinical Services provided by Pharmacy in support of SGH’s Allergy Centre. As part of his role, he works closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary team. He is involved in several clinical services such as the Asthma Pharmacist Counselling Service, the Sublingual Immunotherapy Clinic, and the Medication Management Service.

Mr. Ong has presented at several local and overseas conferences and authored several peer-reviewed articles. In addition, he has an avid interest in pharmacy operations and quality improvement, and is involved in training and education, as well as practice-based research. Mr. Ong is also active in PSS and is currently a member of the Young Pharmacists Chapter.
