Omolayo Famuyide BSc, MD, CCFP, NCMP

Dr. Omolayo Famuyide is the Founder & Medical Director of The Winnipeg Women’s Health & Contraception Clinic. She is a former practicing pharmacist turned family physician with a passion for women’s health. After the completion of her family medicine training, her passion led to the completion of a 12-month comprehensive fellowship program at the University of Toronto, a world-leading institution in women’s health. She has expertise in reproductive health, sexual health, advanced contraception, procedures (e.g. IUDs, implants, endometrial biopsies), and menopause. She is also a Certified Menopause Practitioner with the North American Menopause Society. Dr. Famuyide is a known expert in the area of women’s health, having been invited to speak on a variety of topics to medical students, family medicine trainees, family physicians, pharmacists, and at multiple conferences.
