Dr. Omer Suhaib is a triple board-certified Neurologist. These include certifications in general neurology and neuromuscular medicine through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is also a diplomate of the American Board of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. He completed his residency in neurology at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine where he received the “Resident of the Year” award. He did further fellowship training in Neuromuscular Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio where he had specialized training in EMG, supplementing the ability to recognize patterns for neuromuscular disorders. He has been practicing at Integris Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, USA for the past 5 years.
Additionally, he has also worked at Tawam Hospital, Abu Dhabi UAE as a neuromuscular consultant and continues to practice part-time in the UAE. He is also an international speaker for the Gulf region to help educate physicians about the drug Efgartigimod for Myasthenia Gravis
