Omer Faruk Bilgen

Dr. Omer Faruk Bilgen was born in 1957 in the town of Tarsus in Mersin. Prof. Dr. Omer Faruk Bilgen graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1981. In 1989, he received specialist training in Uludağ University Orthopedics and Traumatology Department. Bilgen completed his civil service and compulsory military service between 1982-1991, and took the titles of a specialist in 1991, assistant professor in 1993, associate professor in 1996, and professor in 2002, and worked in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology at Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine.
