Okan Elidemir MD

Okan Elidemir, MD, is the Division Chief of Pulmonary Medicine at Nemours Children's Health, Pensacola, Director of the Cystic Fibrosis Center, and Professor of Pediatrics at Florida State University School of Medicine. He's an author of several book chapters and peer-reviewed medical journal articles, an invited presenter, and an active researcher. His special interests include asthma, apnea, cystic fibrosis, and sleep disorders.

Dr. Elidemir earned his medical degree at Aegean University Medical School, completed a residency at the University of Texas in Houston, and a fellowship in pediatric pulmonology at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Elidemir is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and Pediatrics Pulmonology.
