Obaida Qatuni

Obaida graduated in medical laboratory science from Hashemite University, Jordan. She gained comprehensive experience since 2004 with different roles in Jordan and at Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and until her last role in VPShealth as Corporate Quality Manager Dubai & Northern Emirates. Obaida is CPHQ certified, TEMOS international Assessor, Dubai Quality Award Assessor and very well trained as JCI surveyor.

Some of her key achievements are: Participated in the JCI 5th & 6th edition hospital standard’s review, DHCC outpatient standards second edition review, participated in formulating the DHCC strategy as per invitation from HH Princess Haya Bent Al Hussain in 2011.

She has prepared and led different hospitals and laboratories to JCI (re-) accreditation, ISO 15189 certification, ACHSI, DHA re-licensing inspections, Temos certification, IMTJ Award, Arab Health award, customer satisfaction, patients’ safety culture AHRQ survey and risk management projects at DHA and others organisations as reference person in MENA.
