Ntulela Alice Khiba is a qualified and experienced General Manager of Tebellong hospital who has worked into this capacity in the healthcare industry over the past 8 years. Her key responsibilities include managing all hospital resources with the mention of financials, human resources and all other resources in order to achieve organisational goals. Her areas of expertise include advanced strategic management, change management, finance and accounting, advanced human resources management, marketing, operations management, project management, business law and supply chain management. Ntulela’s hobbies include watching motivational talks, current affairs and participating in community activities.
She is Administrator of Center for equal health access Lesotho in 2009 to 2011. The healthcare caught her deep interest. In 2011, Ntulela was looking for bigger challenges in order to grow professionally, and then she decided to join Tebellong LECSA Hospital till present. Working towards delivering quality healthcare services is at the center of her heart.
