Norbert Koper

Dr. Koper Coming from a pharmaceutical background, I was very interested in a career in the medical device industry, mainly because of the high speed at which development in this business is progressing. Medtronic is the market leader in our field and our broad portfolio of products and indication areas appealed to me right away. Dr. Koper is joined Medtronic almost a year ago as a clinical research manager. The introduction meetings during the first weeks at the Bakken Research Center were very motivating. It was great to experience the collective enthusiasm and positive attitude of my new colleagues and my team. Koper job contains people management, project management, but also meaningful content and strategy, which is an ideal combination for me. It gives me the opportunity to explore many options for innovation. The state-of-the-art medical concepts that we are investigating right now represent a future for patients and physicians to look forward to.
