Dr. Noor Al Busaidi completed her Internal Medicine Residency Program as well as her Endocrinology Fellowship at the George Washington Medical Center and Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Washington DC, United States of America. She graduated from Sultan Qaboos University Medical School in Oman.

Dr. Al Busaidi is the Director of National Diabetes & Endocrine Center and a Senior Consultant Physician in the Sultanate of Oman. Additionally, Dr. Al Busaidi is an active member of the National NCD Committee at the MOH and team leader for National Diabetes and National Obesity Training Initiatives in Oman. Previously, Dr. Al Busaidi held multiple key positions including: Chairperson of the National Diabetes Management Service Development Committee at the Ministry of Health, Director and subsequently the Chairperson of the Internal Medicine Residency Program. Furthermore, Dr. Al Busaidi is the founder and President of the Oman Diabetes Association and a member of the American Association for Clinical Endocrinology and American Diabetes Association.

Dr. Al Busaidi has been a keynote speaker and a lecturer at many national and international conferences. Her areas of interests include, but not limited to, Diabetes, Metabolic Syndrome, and Obesity with a special focus on patients advocacy and empowerment, health professional training, and sustainable healthy lifestyle that fights diabetes and Obesity pandemic.
