Nomen Azeem MD, FAAPMR

Dr. Nomen Azeem is originally from the Washington, D.C. area, and completed his undergraduate degree at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. He attended the Ross University of Medicine, completing his medical internship at Medstar Harbor Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland and his residency at Medstar Georgetown University Hospital of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in Washington, D.C., where he served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Azeem then held a faculty position with the Medstar Georgetown University/National Rehabilitation Hospital as a Musculoskeletal Medicine Specialist. After his time in Washington, D.C, Dr. Azeem completed an ACGME Interventional Pain Fellowship at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.
