Nisha Chadha MD

Nisha Chadha, MD is a board-certified ophthalmologist, specializing in cataracts and glaucoma, at Mount Sinai Doctors, seeing patients on Thursdays in Brooklyn Heights. Trained in Washington, DC, and New Haven, she is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Glaucoma Society. She was awarded her medical degree from George Washington University and completed her residency in Ophthalmology at George Washington University and a fellowship in Glaucoma at the Yale Medical Center. She has a particular interest in the medical and surgical management of glaucoma and received training in both traditional and minimally invasive glaucoma surgical (MIGS) procedures. Dr. Chadha also serves as a representative for the EyeCare America Foundation. Her research interests include MIGS, laser therapies for glaucoma, and medical education.
