Nina Wall, MSS, LSW, brings over 20 years of experience in the field of autism, intellectual disabilities, and behavioral health. Her professional endeavors span clinical practice, public policy, systems transformation, and advocacy. She served for 18 years as Pennsylvania’s founding director of the Bureau of Supports for Autism and Special Populations, where she led statewide autism initiatives and worked to develop integrated supports across the lifespan. Nina is now with the Woods System of Care, where she focuses on building coordinated, person-centered services that address the complex behavioral, medical, and mental health needs of individuals with autism.

Nina is deeply committed to equity, access, and quality in care. She is a graduate of Bryn Mawr College’s Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research. In addition to her systems-level work, Nina serves as adjunct faculty at St. Joseph’s University, where she teaches a graduate-level course on Autism Spectrum Disorder across the lifespan. Her work is informed by her lived experience as the parent of an adult with autism. Known for her collaborative style and dedication to person- and family-centered values, Nina continues to advocate for inclusive, holistic care that empowers individuals and honors their lived experience.
