Nikolay Kondratyev MS

Nikolay Kondratyev is a psychiatry geneticist with wet biology background (molecular biology) with skills in bioinformatics and genetics. Since 2018 his work has gravitated more toward data analysis and genetics. He still has some wet tasks done like NGS lab prep for RNA-seq and scRNA-seq, Nanopore sequencing, and other more mundane tasks, some of which he automated with the Eppendorf pipetting station. At the same time, he was involved in sample collection for projects with colleagues from PGC (including the PGC3 project).
