Nikolay Klimko MD

Prof Nikolai Klimko is chief of Department of Clinical Mycology, Allergy and Immunology in I.Mechnikov North-Western State Medical University, Saint Petersburg, Russia.

Nikolai Klimko received his medical degree in Military Medical Academy, Saint Petersburg, Russia. He completed his postgraduate training at the Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education.

Nikolai Klimko is a member of professional societies, including Russian IACMAC, RSIA, and ASCMAC. He is also a member of the ESCMID EUCAST and Aspergillosis Guidelines groups.

Prof Klimko serves on the editorial boards of a number of journals, including Clinical Microbiology and Antimicrobial Chemotherapy, Problems in Medical Mycology, and Journal of Infectology.
