Nikolaos Tentolouris MD

Nikolaos After completing his degree in medicine at the Medical School of the Athens University, he took up the post of lecturer, Assistant Professor, and Associate Professor in Internal Medicine and Diabetes at the Department of Internal Medicine of the University of Athens, Laiko General Hospital. He worked as a clinical research fellow at the Department of Endocrinology and Diabetes in the University of Manchester, UK from 1997-1998.

His research encompasses two areas: treatment of diabetes and diabetic neuropathy/diabetic foot problems. He is currently appointed as an Associate Professor at the Department of Internal Medicine and head of the Diabetes Center of the University of Athens in Laiko General Hospital, Athens, Greece.
