Nicolo Manzini MD

Nicolo De Manzini director of the Department of Medical, Surgical and Health Sciences of UniTS, has been elected President of the prestigious European Surgical Association (ESA) for the two years 2024-25. Nicolò de Manzini has supported ESA's activities in recent years by organizing the 2018 Congress in Trieste and holding the position of advisor to the Association. After bringing the 2018 Congress to Trieste, Prof. de Manzini held the position of Councilor and was co-opted as President for the two years 2024-25.
