Nicole Lynn Hoppman PhD

Nicole Hoppman, PhD, received her PhD in Human Genetics from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 2007. She then completed fellowships in Clinical Cytogenetics and Clinical Molecular Genetics at the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Hoppman is currently an Assistant Professor and acts as Co-Director of the Genomics Laboratory and the Clinical Genome Sequencing Laboratory, both in the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology at Mayo Clinic. Her primary interests involve utilizing Next-Generation sequencing technologies to develop novel clinical assays.
