Nicole J. Garbarini PhD

Nicole J. Garbarini, Ph.D. joined the NIH Office of Extramural Research in 2012, where she works on communications and outreach strategic planning, media relations, and social media to communicate grants information – including funding data and policy information — to the biomedical research community and press. She enjoys connecting scientists and administrators to information and tools in support of their research programs, and helping the broader public learn how NIH-supported extramural research contributes to health advances.
