Nicole D. St Jean BS, MBA

Nicole St Jean is the Associate Director of AstraZeneca’s Business Development, Precision Medicines, Global Product & Portfolio Strategy. Her focus is evaluating new business opportunities and leading negotiations for key strategic precision medicine collaborations across AstraZeneca’s core therapy areas (Oncology, Respiratory Inflammation & Autoimmune, and Cardiovascular-Metabolic Diseases). She is responsible for managing internal stakeholders and alignment within R&D and Commercial brand teams, to implement AstraZeneca’s drug and companion diagnostic strategy globally through external partnerships.

Nicole graduated from the Honors Program at the University of Rhode Island with her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Business, and later obtained her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Boston College. She is an active member in the Washington, DC chapter of WIL (Women in Licensing), HBA (Healthcare Business Women’s Association), and the PMC (Personalized Medicine Coalition). Nicole has been with AstraZeneca for 8 years, previously located in Boston, MA in the Global Oncology and Infection licensing group and US primary care sales, and now resides in Washington, DC working at AstraZeneca’s US Headquarters located in Maryland.
