Nicolaus Henke MA, PhD

Nicolaus Henke is a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company. He advises leading companies and healthcare systems on how to improve decision making and performance through advanced analytics and end-to-end data enabled transformations. Nicolaus is global leader of McKinsey Analytics and is the Chairman of QuantumBlack, an advanced analytics firm operating at the intersection of strategy, technology and design. For more than two decades he has been particularly focussed on clients in healthcare, such as national health systems and pharmaceuticals and has led McKinsey's healthcare practice.

Nicolaus frequently speaks on big data and analytics topics at global fora such as the World Economic Forum, the Milken Institute, and Forbes. He serves on the Board of the Innovative Healthcare Delivery at Duke Medicine, which he also helped found. He is on the Dean's Advisory Council, Harvard Kennedy School and serves on McKinsey's global Board, the Shareholders Council. Nicolaus graduated with distinction with a Master’s and Doctorate degree in Business from the University of Münster, Germany. He also holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, where he was a John J. McCloy scholar.
