Nicola Ghazi MD

Dr. Nicola Ghazi is a Department Chair at the Eye Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Ghazi was a Professor and Chairman of Ophthalmology at the Lebanese American University in Beirut, Lebanon. Prior to that, Dr. Ghazi practiced as a vitreoretinal surgeon at the King Khaled Eye Specialist Hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; at the University of Virginia Health Sciences System in Charlottesville, Virginia, USA; and the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in El Paso, Texas, USA. Dr. Ghazi completed fellowship training in eye pathology at the Wilmer Eye Institute at the Johns Hopkins Hospital, in vitreoretinal surgery at the University of Virginia, and in medical retina at the Wilmer Eye Institute at the Johns Hopkins Hospital.
