Nicodemos Kosti MD

Dr. Nicodemos Kosti is a highly accomplished medical professional with expertise in Gastroenterology and Regenerative Medicine. He graduated from Philipps Universität Marburg Medical School in Germany and completed his training in Internal Medicine at GPR Klinikum Rüsselsheim, affiliated with Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz.

During his residency, Dr. Kosti received comprehensive training in various disciplines, including cardiology, emergency medicine, intensive care, and stroke unit management. He furthered his career in Gastroenterology, specializing in Endoscopy. Proficient in advanced endoscopy techniques such as polyp excision, Argon Plasma Coagulation Therapy, and upper digestive tract dilatation, he has a wealth of experience in performing emergency procedures for gastrointestinal bleeding.

Dr. Kosti’s pursuit of excellence led him to complete a fellowship in advanced endoscopy under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Malay Sharma, a world-renowned gastroenterologist. During this fellowship, he gained extensive expertise in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as ERCP and Endoscopic Ultrasound.

Additionally, Dr. Kosti has a keen interest in the emerging field of Regenerative Medicine. He has undergone specialized training in the United States, India, and Serbia, among other countries. He actively participates in research projects that explore the applications of regenerative therapies within Gastroenterology and beyond. His knowledge encompasses a wide range of treatments, including the use of mesenchymal and hematopoietic stem cells, PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin), and more.
