Nichole Crandall

Nichole has been with Martin’s Point Health Care for 10 years, currently focusing on analysis of Stars, HEDIS, CAHPS and HOS data. Nichole held the role of Research and Development Project Manager where she oversaw CAHPS, HOS and other various customer and market research projects. Her research ability and ability to analyze data and turn it into action led her to serve as Manager of Strategic Medicare Programs for Martin’s Point. She led the identification, development and implementation of strategic programs to assist the organization with their star rating program. Her work helped the Martin’s Point Generations Advantage HMO plan increase from 4.5 to 5 stars and the PPO plan from 3.5 to 4.5 stars (2015).
