Dr. Nicholas Calvert is an Australian and internationally trained orthopedic surgeon. He has sub-specialized in partial/total knee replacement, total hip replacement, and revision joint replacement. His extensive research background ensures he provides up-to-date and evidence-based care for his patients.
Dr. Calvert completed subspecialist training at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, part of the Oxford University Hospitals Trust. This internationally renowned center leads the country in bone and joint infection expertise and was the center that developed the Oxford partial knee replacement. His fellowship focused on primary hip and knee arthroplasty, revision hip and knee arthroplasty, limb salvage, and bone infection with internationally renowned surgeons. During this time he had the privilege of learning the surgical technique of the Oxford Partial Knee Arthroplasty from the world's experts on its use.
