Nicholas Alan Beckmann DO, FAAOA

Dr. Nicholas Alan Beckmann is excited to join the Colorado ENT & Allergy team. He is a Colorado native, born and raised in Greeley, Colorado. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado- Boulder in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology. Following this, he underwent medical training at Rocky Vista University in Parker, Colorado. He obtained his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine which, in addition to the traditional medical school teaching, emphasizes a holistic approach to patient well-being.

Upon graduation from medical school, he attended an Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery residency at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee. His training included work at several different area hospitals, one of which was St. Jude Research Hospital. During this time, he published multiple articles, authored a book chapter, and presented his research at academy meetings, winning an honorable mention for analysis of thyroid goiter pathology. Dr. Beckmann’s interests are in both general adult and pediatric ear, nose, and throat issues with an emphasis on surgery for sleep apnea including hypoglossal nerve stimulation, thyroid/parathyroid disorders, cancers of the head and neck, salivary gland disease, and sinus/allergy issues.
