Niall G. J. Keenan MA(Oxon), BM BCh, MRCP, MD(Res), FESC

Niall Keenan qualified from Oxford in 2001. He then trained in cardiology in London and also in Paris. He specializes in all aspects of cardiac imaging (echocardiography, cardiac CT and MRI). He has had subspecialty training in advanced heart failure in a transplant center. Now a consultant at Watford General Hospital, his clinical interests are heart failure, valvular heart disease, cardiomyopathy, and stress testing for the evaluation of chest pain and breathlessness. His research interests are mainly related to cardiac MRI.
