Nguyen Tran PhD, MPH

Nguyen K. Tran, PhD, MPH is a postdoctoral scholar with The PRIDE Study at Stanford University School of Medicine. His research aims to advance the health equity of communities facing social and structural forms of discrimination such as racism, homophobia, and transphobia. His work has focused on HIV prevention and harm reduction outcomes among people who use drugs as well as queer and transgender people. He is also interested in methods to evaluate the comparative effectiveness of social exposures and policies as well as reduce bias in observational studies.
