Prof. Rosario Filho is Full Professor of Pediatrics at Federal University of Parana, Curitiba, Brazil (UFPR ) and Chairman, Division of Pediatric Allergy, Immunology and Pneumology, Hospital de Clinicas, UFPR. He has trained more than 40 allergy specialists. Prof. Rosario Filho has served as President, Vice-President, and Foreign Affairs Director of the Brazilian Association of Allergy and Immunology. He has also served as Vice-President the Brazilian Society of Pediatrics and the LatinAmerican Society of Allergy and Immunology.
He has served on scientific committees of International, Brazilian and Regional medical associations. Currently, is member of the International Committee of ACAAI, a Board Member of WAO and Chair of the Advocacy and Governance Council of WAO. As a longstanding Fellow and advocate of the ACAAI he has sponsored membership applications, has served as reviewer and has published original articles in the Annals of Allergy.
