Dr. Neil Tanna is a Double Board Certified Plastic Surgeon specializing in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, breast, and body. Beyond his plastic surgery clinical practice, Dr. Neil Tanna is a leader, respected educator, and prolific author. He serves as Associate Professor and Associate Program Director of Plastic Surgery at Northwell Health.

Dr. Tanna is among a very small group of Plastic Surgeons in the world to have completed formal training in Otolaryngology, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, and Microvascular Surgery. After completing his medical training in one of the few combined six-year accelerated track medical programs in the country, Dr. Tanna spent an additional eight years training to become a Plastic Surgeon. He completed a full Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery residency at The George Washington University. He then pursued further training and completed a second full residency in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at the prestigious University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). This was followed by a fellowship in advanced reconstructive and microvascular surgery at the Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery at New York University (NYU).
