Neil Bhola PhD

Neil Bhola earned a Ph.D. at the University of Pittsburgh where he studied the molecular mechanisms that mediated GPCR-mediated activation of EGFR in head and neck cancer. He conducted post-doctoral research in the lab of Carlos Arteaga at Vanderbilt University where he investigated the mechanisms of drug resistance to different inhibitors in triple-negative breast cancer. He continued to investigate the mechanisms of drug resistance in cancer during his tenure at the University of California San Francisco following his post-doctoral tenure.
