Dr. Hashem is originally from Greenville, SC and received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the South Carolina College of Pharmacy in Columbia, SC. Dr. Hashem completed a PGY-2 Infectious Diseases Pharmacotherapy Residency at the Brooklyn Hospital Center in Brooklyn, NY. She currently practices as the Infectious Disease Pharmacotherapy Specialist at Lancaster General Health in Lancaster, PA. In her spare time, she enjoys running, kickboxing and reading.
