Mr. Neeraj Lal (BSc, PGDHA, MHA) is highly qualified in healthcare industry having more than 16 years of hospital operations and administration experience, holding degree in Masters of Hospital Administration-MHA from prestigious Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. Presently working as Group Chief Operating Officer (Group COO) since 2013 of Sunshine Global Hospitals (which has 3 hospitals in Baroda, 1 in Bharuch, 1 in Surat) which is fastest growing chain of multispecialty hospitals in Gujarat with 550 beds).

Prior to that, he was the CEO of BAPS Hospitals, Vadodara and Sr Vice President-Operations & Quality of Shalby Hospitals in Ahmedabad. He is Guest faculty with many Indian Universities and Business schools for teaching programs in Hospital operations and administration.
