Neal Weinreb, MD, is a Voluntary Associate Professor for Human Genetics at the University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine. He is also a Clinical Professor of Medicine (Hematology) at Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine and the Regional Coordinator and Chair of the International Collaborative Gaucher Group at the University of Miami’s Sylvester Cancer Center in Coral Springs. Dr. Weinreb specializes in the treatment of patients with lysosomal disorders, including acid sphingomyelinase disease (ASMD), Gaucher disease, and Fabry disease. He is actively involved in clinical trials investigating novel therapeutic options for these disorders.
