Nathan P. Falk MD, MBA, CPE, CAQSM, FAAFP

Dr. Nathan P. Falk is board-certified in Sports Medicine and Family Medicine. He received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where he also completed his family medicine residency. He completed his Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship at the Uniformed Services University in Washington, DC. He then served as residency faculty and director of sports medicine at Offutt Air Force Base/University of Nebraska, where he was the 2012 Faculty of the Year.

Dr. Falk specializes in advanced non-surgical care for musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, including evaluation, ultrasound, and injections. Additionally, he specializes in medical care of the athlet,e ranging from asthma to concussions. He is widely published and is a highly sought-after expert lecturer from Florida to China. Dr. Falk will serve as the first Program Director for the Florida State University College of Medicine Family Medicine Residency Program at Winter Haven Hospital.
