Nathan P. Falk MD, CAQSM, FAAFP, MBA

Dr. Falk is a board certified physician specializing in sports medicine. He treats orthopedic and sports medicine problems from injuries and arthritis, to concussions and asthma for patients of all ages. He earned his medical degree with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine and completed a family medicine residency at Offutt Air Force Base. After completing a Primary Care Sports Medicine fellowship at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, MD, he served as the Director of Primary Care Sports Medicine and residency faculty at Offutt Air Force Base.
