Dr. Nathalia Barbosa Palomares attended her graduation in Dentistry at UERJ (2003-2007). She obtained the Lauro Rosado Medal from the Regional Council of Dentistry of Rio de Janeiro, due to obtaining 1st place in academic performance scores in her undergraduate class. Obtained scholarships based on academic merit to attend: - Postgraduate course in Dental Aesthetics - UERJ (2007-2008) - Specialization in Orthodontics - UERJ (2008-2010) - Master's Degree in Dentistry - UERJ (2012-2014) - Doctorate in Dentistry - UERJ (2015-2019)

She was a Researcher Note 10 at FAPERJ due to her academic productivity, as she is the author of several book chapters and scientific articles in national and international journals, including the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. She is a reviewer for 10 international scientific journals from Europe, Asia, the United States, and Latin America. She seeks constant professional updating to provide humanized care, based on scientific evidence, with individualized planning to meet the demands of patients to improve their quality of life, aesthetics, and oral function in the long term.
