Natalie Castellana PhD

Dr. Castellana is CEO of Abterra Biosciences. She is passionate about mapping the natural immune response to challenge, particularly the relationship between the B-cell receptor repertoire encoded in B cells and secreted antibodies in serum. Abterra Bio specializes in antibody discovery and sequencing, leveraging machine learning to mine the immune repertoire. She earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science from UCSD and BS in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
