Naser M. Ammash MD

Naser M. Ammash, M.D., is a professor of medicine, Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science, and a consultant in cardiovascular disease at Mayo Clinic. He is CEO at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. He is board-certified in cardiovascular diseases, with subspecialty certification in adult congenital heart disease and echocardiography. Dr. Ammash attended the American University of Beirut, Lebanon, medical school and moved to the United States in 1987. Prior to joining Mayo Clinic in 1994, he completed training in internal medicine and adult cardiovascular diseases at the University of Iowa and Louisville, respectively. Dr. Ammash currently serves on the Cardiovascular Board Adult Congenital Heart Disease Exam Committee of the American Board of Internal Medicine.
