Dr. Narayan Jayashankar is an ENT and Skull Base Surgeon practicing at Nanavati Superspeciality Hospital as also Hinduja Healthcare, Mumbai, India. His area of expertise includes Otology, Neurotology, and Lateral Skull Base as also Endoscopic Endonasal and Endoscopic Endonasal Skull Base Surgery. His experience includes almost the entire spectrum of surgeries possible of both, Lateral and Endoscopic endonasal skull base. He also treats cancers of the head and neck. Dr. Narayan Jayashankar has a special interest in treating problems related to the facial nerve and performs all the surgeries in the field including facial reanimations. He has popularized gold upper eyelid implant for paralytic lagophthalmos and has the largest series in India for the same.

Dr. Narayan Jayashankar has co-authored ‘Atlas Of Neurotology and Lateral Skull Base Surgery’ published by Thieme. He has several publications in National and International peer-reviewed journals. He is a reviewer for highly acclaimed international indexed journals. He has contributed to many chapters in textbooks. He has been faculty at over 150 workshops all over the country. He has been an Invited Speaker at various National as also International Conferences. He is also a board-certified teacher in ENT (National Board of Examinations) and has students registered under him for training at Nanavati Superspeciality Hospital.
