Nancy Nadolski received her degree in nursing from Washington State University followed by a Masters in counseling from the College of Idaho and a masters in nursing from Gonzaga University. She’s determined to learn something new every day and encourages her patients to do the same.

Nancy has spent 20 years in private NP practice in Boise with excellent teachers and mentors. Together we published articles for professional publications and co-authored a book for the mental health practitioner called 40 Cases: Understanding Psychiatric Medications. Through these past years she has learned that “healthy people get help” and she has grasped the unbreakable bond between good sleep and good medicine.

She started the cardiac rehab program at the local YMCA in 1980 that continues to thrive. That year she was awarded “Volunteer of the Year” for the Idaho Heart Association. In 1984 she started the first Health Education program for a 500+ location grocery store and distribution center. The Pre-Shift Stretch program she implemented in the distribution center reaped a 70% decrease in days lost to soft tissue injuries. When the state of Idaho celebrated 100 years of statehood in 1989 she developed the Walk Across Idaho exercise curriculum for grades K-6. In 2010 she was awarded a grant by Saint Alphonsus Foundation she titled Parenting at Midnight. This grant provides education to new parents about the reality of newborn sleep architecture and includes home visit support for up to 6 months postpartum.
