Nancy Losben RPh, CCP, PD, GASCP, CG, CP

Nancy Losben, RPh, CCP, is a Consultant Pharmacist and Chief Quality Officer for Omnicare. She holds an adjunct faculty appointment at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. A certified consultant pharmacist, Ms. Losben holds a certificate in Gerontology and has lectured on topics including Use of the MDS by Long Term Care Pharmacists, Medication Errors, Enteral Nutrition, Medicare Reimbursement, and Antibiotic Stewardship. She is a Fellow of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists and she is the Chair of the ASCP Foundation. Ms. Losben has served as a member of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee of ProVantage Prescription Management Services, a Wisconsin-based pharmacy benefits management company serving over 4 million lives. She represented The American Society of Consultant Pharmacists to the Long Term Care Professional and Technical Advisory Committee of the Joint Commission for five years and was the Chair of ASCP’s Educational Advisory Committee from 1999 to 2001.
