Dr. Nancy Denke holds a bachelor’s degree from the Pennsylvania State University. She graduated from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill with an MSN as a Clinical Nurse Specialist and a Certificate Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She also earned an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner certificate from St. Louis University. Her terminal degree was from Arizona State University (ASU) with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) where she is also a faculty member in the DNP program. Currently, she is a practicing Nurse Practitioner with Toxicology Consultants of Arizona. In addition, she is a Fellow of the Academy of Emergency Nursing.

Nancy enjoys the opportunities to contribute to the clinical training of Nurse Practitioners and RN students, as well as participating as a mentor for active-duty Air Force RNs in the Critical Care/Emergency Trauma Nurse Fellowship Program at HonorHealth.

She is a nationally recognized speaker who is dedicated to empowering primary care, critical care, and emergency nurses and nurse practitioners in their practice. Her reputation is well deserved for her ability to make nursing education applicable and practical. Her goal is to increase knowledge, expand understanding, refine skills, enhance practice performance, and improve the health status of patients. She also has numerous publications related to these subjects.
