Nancy Fairchild BS, MS

Mrs. Fairchild joined Luminex in March of 2010 as the Senior Director of Human Resources and was promoted to Vice President, Human Resources in August 2012. She previously served as Chief Administrative Officer and Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development for the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT). Prior to ERCOT, Mrs.Fairchild served as Vice President of Human Resources for Esoterix, Inc., an international healthcare company specializing in laboratory services. Mrs. Fairchild is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Workforce Solutions, representing the biotech sector. She graduated with honors from Texas State University with a B.S. degree in Math Education and a Master’s degree in Counseling.
