Nancy Dynes is currently a consultant for Global Medical Quality in the Medicines Development Unit at Eli Lilly and Company. In this role, she provides in-depth analyses of medical audit and deviation/root cause investigation/CAPA data to identify trends and compare performance using data visualization and text-mining tools.

she oversaw the development and implementation of a decision support data warehouse of clinical trial management data, including the design of clinical operations reports and analysis tools to provide timely information to all levels of the clinical development business; managed productivity metrics for the global clinical trial operations organization and was the operations analyst and data steward for the Global Enrollment Optimization group, where she analyzed internal and external databases to develop accurate enrollment predictions. She continues to serve as an internal expert on clinical operations data.

Nancy spent 12 years developing a broad knowledge of healthcare data by working for two hospitals, St. Vincent and St. Francis in Indianapolis, and a healthcare information company, The Medstat Group. She earned a B.S. in mathematics from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Indiana University, and has been a member of both DIA and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
