Nafaja Salim Al Hasani

Nafaja Salem joined the Institute of Nursing in Al Ain, UAE in 1999 and earned her Diploma in Nursing Sciences with Distinction in 2002. Nafaja then obtained a Bachelor of Nursing from Ras Al Khaima (RAK) Medical and Health Sciences University, RAK College of Nursing. Nafaja has been working as a registered Nurse in Rheumatology Clinics since 2005. She had more than 18 years of clinical and managerial experience in the healthcare. Nafaja has been involved in various activities of the Rheumatology department of Al Ain Hospital, which is the first outside the USA to be accredited by the Joint Commission International (JCI) for its rheumatology Clinical Care programs since April 2018. One of her main involvements is running the Rheumatology Nurse Education Clinic which is the first specialized clinic in the Gulf.
